OpenRoad Toyota-Richmond is currently seeking a Lease Renewal Specialist to join their Sales team. This position reports to the General Sales Manager. Some of position responsibilities include:
• Lease end analysis with clients
• Tacking and managing leads
• Managing large lease portfolios
• Meeting and/or exceeding lease renewal targets
• Having a good understanding of the Toyota sales process

As a successful candidate you will have:
• New and pre-owned sales experience with a good track record
• Previous experience and knowledge working with lease renewals
• Above average CSI results
• Previous Toyota sales experience
• Experience working with Higher Gear
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience
• MDC license
• The ability to work closely with Sales Managers, Finance Managers and Product Advisors

OpenRoad Toyota -Richmond is currently seeking a Pre-Owned Lot Associate to join their Sales Department. Responsibilities for the Pre-owned Lot Associate will include:
• used car and lot preparation and presentation
• used car internet preparation
• wholesale and auction car preparation
• maintenance of inventory (signage, vehicle transportation, tracking units)
• working closely with mobile used car reconditioning companies, body- shops and used car detail shop
• minor used car detail
• Other duties may be assigned at the direction of the Sales Manager

Attention to detail and high quality control standards combined with the ability to work effectively against deadlines are essential to the success of this position. Candidates should have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with the service department, parts department and finance department.

Candidates must have a valid British Columbia Driver’s License and be able to present a current copy of their Abstract (ICBC driver’s record) for review.

The Lot Associate works closely with the Lot Manager and Sales Manager to ensure the efficient operation and display of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory. The Lot Associate is responsible for a number of duties, including: the proper day to day presentation and maintenance of inventory (signage, moving & tracking units within the dealership); lot presentation (housekeeping, display) and working effectively with Product & Service Advisors. Attention to detail and high quality control standards are essential to the success of this position. The ability to work effectively against deadlines is also essential to the success of this position. Other duties may be assigned at the direction of Management.
