Hi, my wife and I were at you New Car Owner Clinic last night, and I just wanted to say thanks. The food was very good and it was nice to get a look underneath the car on the hoist. I really appreciated the service I received from Lei White at the Richmond location. The check engine light had come on and off a few times, so I had adjusted it, however the light had refused to turn out. I brought it in and had it scanned. Lei took the time to explain how picky the gas cap could be and reassured me that if it came on again, to bring it to have it scanned again. She broke down the whole process to help reduce the overall cost if there was a larger problem.Thanks again.
